Evaluation of treatment method
We offer you the possibility to evaluate your current treatment method. For this evaluation we will need:
- 1. description of your difficulties
- 2. diagnosis from the neurologist or orthopedist
- 3. description + pictures from magnetic resonance scan or CT
- 4. detailed description of your treatment thus far
Payment methods:
After payment to the account: …. and providing documents for the evaluation, we will send you the evaluation of the treatment method.
