Before scheduling an appointment, the patient has to have a recommendation from his neurologist for surgical procedure (after going through at least 6 week conservative treatment).
The patient sends this recommendation together with the CT and/or MR examination results by fax or mail to the address listed above.
After examination of these files the patient meeting the indicative criteria will be scheduled for treatment or scheduled for consultation.
